The meme is an annoyed woman saying, "Right in front of my salad?" It's really a great response to anything that you find troubling, upsetting, or downright irritating.

No, this upset woman just trying to eat her healthy lunch is not from a Whole Foods commercial. "Right in front of my salad?" is from an adult film called Private Lesson Part 3.
The NSFW cinematic masterpiece features one scene with a woman enjoying her afternoon leafy greens who becomes aware that the two men in front of her are having sex. And thus the iconic line was born.
