Given that President Trump isn't such a straight shooter in the facts department, it might not surprise you to learn that he cheats at golf.
That's the claim leveled against the Commander in Chief by old friend, and LPGA star, Suzann Pettersen. Speaking to the Norwegian newspaper Verdens Gang over the weekend, Pettersen gave quite an interesting interview about Trump, his personality, and his desire to follow the rules of golf.

"He cheats like hell ... so I don’t quite know how he is in business," Pettersen told Verdens Gang."They say that if you cheat at golf, you cheat at business. I’m pretty sure he pays his caddie well, since no matter how far into the woods he hits the ball, it’s in the middle of the fairway when we get there."
That's a pretty nefarious way to play. You'd think he would have learned how to follow the rules from the 91 times he has visited a golf course since his inauguration.
"You’ll never meet another person who loves himself as much as he does...,"
Not that it affects their friendship. Pettersen defended the "golf-crazed" Trump on a number of issues the controversial president has embroiled himself in. But she still made plenty of time to say hyper-predictable things you'd see coming a mile away.
"Yeah, you’ll never meet another person who loves himself as much as he does...," she said. "I’m not a supporter of what he says or stands for. I thought it was very strange during the presidential campaign that he wasn’t smarter about how he communicated... That’s because he is so stubborn. He has not changed five millimeters since becoming president."
She also told the newspaper a little story about Trump firing a golf course worker because the future president could not see the TV through the sun's glare.
"Trump had been on the same course earlier in the year and felt bothered that it was hard to see what was on the TV screen inside the golf carts," Pettersen said. "He wanted the screens adjusted to have less glare from the sun. When he saw this had not been done, the poor fellow was told, ‘I’ll see you after the round – you’re finished!’ There was no mercy."
Classic.
How about that cheating, huh? So cool to have more proof that the leader of our government doesn't think rules apply to him.
